Yoga! Just try it, it is so relaxing ive heard of many amazing and inspiring stories about people overcoming major depression because of yoga! If you are not a yoga person i heard that if you look on the mirror and say to yourself "i am beautiful, i am happy, i am strong" 2 times a day for about a week you will start to see a lot of changes ! I have gone through depression as well, what helped me was being happy with friends, and staying busy with fun extra curricular activities, or if it gets worse you can go see a therapist or something to help you, hope this helped!
