Several people, lets see... recently you have Warren Jeffs, he in prison. Jim Jones, he died with 900 of his dumbass followers. David Koresh, he had a compound in Waco, only his room was air-conditioned, he like to sexually abuse young girls there. He went to God knows where. Oh, how about Harold Camping he is in California, he predicted the rapture would occur about a year ago, he said the righteous would rise up in the sky and so on and so forth. Says he calculated it after studying the bible, not sure what one - King James version, one written in Aramaic, something close to the dead sea scrolls maybe, who knows. Interesting since it clearly says in many "NO MAN CAN KNOW WHEN THE RAPTURE WILL OCCUR. Maybe Harold missed that because he was adamant he had the day. Well when the day came the only thing rising in the air were the human shaped ballots let go by well, non-believers as a boom box played "The End" by the Doors across the street from Harold's headquarters.
Also any number of ancient dictators to firmly control everything in their realm.
Gamesrockmybed is obviously misinformed. God is the human manifest of what cannot be explained. My interpretation of god is the universe, and every balance that keeps it going. "God" is in everything. I don't believe in hell. I don't believe in the bible's words that could have easily been deluded over the thousands of years of time it has existed. I think that slowly, valuable information, the truth, and rationality part of religion has vanished. A pity. God is not something that can be explained in a book. It is infinite in every way, and the human mind will NEVER be able to comprehend what the universe holds.
Some people say that god has always existed which is actually really dumb to seriously believe that because that's not possible because everything has a beggining. Even if you weren't actually created, nothing can just pop up out of nowhere. That's just a no brainer.
God is the Alpha & Omega. The beginning & the end. He always has been & always will be. He is infinite, the finite human intellect cannot wrap itself around the infinite. What a blessing then that God gave us His Holy Spirit to decipher & discern the spiritual infinite! He gave us the tools needed, if we will just use them. =)
i heard this one theory, god was made by the universe. something about how all the dust and stuff up there made him. theres not much information about god. God is mysterious. But i'm sure we'll all find out once we've joined hym up in heaven :)
No one has, can, or ever will create God. God is an eternal being, He has no beginning and He has no end. "I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end, the first and the last." (Revelation 22:13 KJV). God was there before time, He's here during time, and He will be there after time has ended. God is the creator of everything, He is a cause, not an effect. He had no beginning and therefore needs no creator. He is eternal.

The Bible calls him "ancient of days". I'm sure there are others but am too tired to research. The same can be asked about outer space. If the beginning of man was an explosion in outer space, who created outer space? How did it all begin?
Lol. Why do you think humans should know everything about God? This is a major problem today. People have a need to know it all to believe in God, and thats something we may never have. We are human beings. Not perfect. Where did anything come from that created us? If we came from apes, where did they come from? If we came from bacteria where did that come from? What about what made the bacteria? Youre not making much of an argument here. There is confusion about the beginning in all things. Doesnt make it not real.
God was there from the beginning, in face God was there before the beginning, infact, God is there at the end too....it's confusing for humans to grasp the concept that God ways, always is, and will forever be. He exists out of time, looking down at our world, and helping us along with each day. One day, when we all die or get raptured back to Heaven we will live with Him outside of time too.
To answer that, first a god must exist, but there is no evidence that shows this to be true. Second, there must be a way to prove that a god exists which currently there is not. Third, there must be a way to ask this god or its minions how god came to be, but there is nothing like that available now. Fourth, there must be a way to verify the words of said god or minions, there is nothing like that now. So, in conclusion, the question of who created god is just as fruitful as the question "Who created the flying spaghetti monster?"
God is the Alfa and the Omega, the beginning and the end, he controls everything, and gave us free will to do whatever we please. He created the world not with his bare hands, but just by saying "Let there be light," and there it was.

to try and even come about with a concept such as this is ludicrousness. why with such little written true info, if any. your guessing. pure and simple coming up with your own or someones else guess. stop. focus on the here and now for the later on. god did not create you to think about him all day. it was to, if any, show his greatness. his power. you do you. you will suffer the consequences. if you want to see god, or close to it, study nature. all of it. all of its glory. it will scare and amaze you. forever learning. scientifically, psychologically, however be it.
Perhaps a more important question is: How did this universe begin? If you say the "big bang", then what came before that? Where did the matter come from? How did it start? Science doesn't really have an answer for this. Science must say, "We don't know. We just accept that somehow it did begin." And those who follow Science must accept that on faith. God is not limited by time and space. He is outside of that. He is not encompassed by His creation, He encompasses it. It might be easier to understand that looking from the point of view of Science Fiction or Fantasy. And it is because of that that Christianity seems fantastic and unbelievable. But the idea of it all happening by chance is even more fantastic and unbelievable. From a purely scientific view.
I think the God is the heart of human being. When something seriously wrong started to happen in our world and we human beings could not change all these to the right way by ourselves, the God started to appear in the world and started to tell the right way.
