Clearing your mind, is easier said than done. It helps to find another thing to focus on, to quiet your mind and stop thinking about the puzzles or problems of life. Reading a boring book, watching a boring old movie or playing soft quiet music while in bed, are all greats ways to try to sidetrack your mind. Chamomile tea can help too, it has soporific qualities. Chamomile tea can help the mind and body to relax, allowing for sleep. A nice hot shower can help as well. Good luck
think of the space ... not the one with stars and planets no the real nothing .... the make sure there is nothing in it ... an focus on that as hard as you can then the only thought in head is about the nothingness ....like swimming in the nothing sea .
