How can I wake up later?

Lately i have been waking up at 4 30 in the moring how do i stop it. No matter what time i go to sleep i always wake up at 4 in the morning and school is going start this monday. And i always take long naps afterwards..please help me

maybe go to sleep at 9:30 or 10pm or just a couple of hours later drink soda lol hoe this helped later

that feeling has got stuck in your mind. you just don't think about it. you just sleep without thinking anything

Play some soft music in the background as you sleep or use an eyeshade to block out any light
