What's the best OTC allergy medication?

I've always had mild allergies, but never bothered taking anything for them. However, this year they seem to be worse than usual. My runny nose and itchy eyes are driving me nuts! Can you suggest something that works and won't make me drowsy?

The best and permanent treatment for this problem is natural treatment and that may be possible through yoga.So consult with some naturalist instructor.

Opticon is an eye drop that works for best me and Zyrtec.
