Can I feed my turtles worms

I raised my turtles on pellets and dried shrimp. Can I just give them a worm. By the way they are about 2-3 years old.

You may feed your turtle pet with worms. Examples of worms he might enjoy having are mill worms and earth worms. There are other types that may be purchased in a pet store. Check out http://www.ehow.com/how_2213472_feed-pet-turtle.html for more information.
