Grab something cold to drink and lay on your left side if you don't feel baby move soon after drinking I would go to land d if your past 20 weeks. Or the er if under 19. It might be still a little early to do kick counts (can't remember when to start them) but I say when in doubt get it checked out! If nothing else but a waste of time at least it will put your mind to rest. And just waste a few hrs of your time then something be wrong and not go in. I pray everything is okay

If your worried about his lack of movement, go eat something (a sandwich) then lie down. He'll start moving around. And yeah, sometimes they do that. Don't worry.

If your belly felt hard, it could have been a Braxton-Hicks contraction. And so long as you feel the baby moving, that's great. However, a Braxton-Hicks contraction might cause an incompetent cervix. If that's the case. Please ask your OB for an exam and an ultrasound.

Please follow candy's advice and try to stay calm and don't stress, when you stress you will be having all kinds of "bad" what if thoughts..You must stay relaxed for you and your precious baby.

Your right Dustee. It's amazing what stress does to your body.

Yes it is normal. Your belly will be a big knot now that the baby is growing. You will have feet, arms, head, butt, sticking out of weird places. You can now feel the parts. My mom was pregnant when I was older and my friends and I drove her crazy wanting to feel the baby. We would get her in the floor and press down on her tummy and piss her off. The baby would turn, stick out body parts. Mom usually fell asleep. When did you first feel your baby move? Do you press down on your belly to feel parts?
