I sweat alot when ever I'm active if i get dressed my dress shirt will be soaked i'n a matter of mins what can i use to stop it I'm not fat?

Use baby powder it soaks up excess moisture.

Perhaps, you just need to change shirt in a cool place. Rest for a while before doing something.

No i do but when i start walking to were i need to go my shirt will be drenched under the arm area

That's true i do always move rapidly but i can be sitting and beads of sweat will come down depends i'n what's on my mind

You may be low on electrolytes in your body. Electrolyte drinks have some sodium in them to allow the body to help retain the water it requires. If you drink the electrolyte and still feel you sweat too much, you might get checked by a doctor for low blood sugar, hypothyroidism or kidney problems.

Yeah i can be clean and dressed and my shirts will get drenched with sweat and it's well i can smell it it's not a pleasing smell and when it dries and i wash it it stays i'n my shirts sucks so when their clean and i wear them again hugs I'm afraid to give cause i can smell a stench and i hate it
