Rubbing Alcohol is the Very Best, it burns like crazy but clears and dries up pimples very quickly. Just stick with it. I wish I would have listened when I was a child and I wouldn't have acne scars now. It really does work. Try it for a few days and you will see great results. When your finished cleansing with it, be sure to splash you face with cool water to close the pores back up. Please let me know how you are getting along with this. You're going to be so very proud. Take care and remember not to slack off. Do this at least 2x daily. And Lastly, KEEP YOUR HANDS OFF YOUR FACE!!

There isn't an over-the-counter wash that's strong enough. Go to the dermo and get some medicine.

My dermatologist prescribed me Epionce. It's apparently one of the best face washes they've ever seen. I'd try it. It's seems to be working pretty good for me.
