I worked for a company that treated me very unfairly then terminated me for the first excuse they found.

Technically from the beginning they've called me boy, cookie, and on occasion retard. As far as fair employment, other employee's would come in late with no consequence as for me a write up. I tend to not say anything because it was the only job i could find. The management would write me in the schedule on days i was in school because someone didn't "feel" like coming in usually and i was stuck missing out on school. So i told one of the managers and his response was corporate won't do anything for you thats just how it is. Today I was terminated for a manager saying i did something that I didn't and when i confronted the manager about it he asked me if i wanted to step outside to handle business or fight me in other words. Then I clock out and begin to walk to my car as the main manager states if you leave the premises you quit. So i technically have to work and close with a guy that wants to fight me because he believes I am mentally challenged and/or very dumb and my new name is cookie. What exactly can I do if anything?

Maybe you should bring your situation the labor authorities. You should explain to them that you worked in a company that treated you very unfairly and terminated you for the first excuse they found. They might help and resolve your situation.

No get over the fact that you got fired. No one is gauranteed to keep a job if they do not fit in the company. Get over that they didn't like you and get on with your life and look for a job that fits you better. To keep regurgitating things that got you fired in the first place will do nothing to change your situation. Moving on will. Or don't dwell on the past and start planning your future.
