Is there any medication, or exercise that can help me to lose weight? I'm 13 if it helps.
Run and do jump ropes. I mean it. Those two thing can make you SKiNNY. I promise
Any exercise will help. And a healthy diet will work better than pills
Be careful not to overeat (that means eat when you are hungry, and when you are no longer hungry, stop eating), walk (don't run), and do the basics (situps, pushups, maybe lift some weights). Medications are more of a last resort.
