15 minutes to where they can't answer....actually turns out to be about an hour

I've noticed that too. I was given a 15-minute timeout. Tried to answer 15 minutes later and couldn't. Tried to answer 30 minutes and still couldn't. Tried to answer 45 minutes later and STILL couldn't. Finally, somewhere between 45 minutes and an hour I could begin answering again. 45 - 60 minutes for a 15-minute timeout.

Ahhh answering so many questions I see, wait a half hour or an hour, it takes time with me aswell

When you are on a time out and you try answering a question within the time out, you get another time out added. I did it about 5 times and wasn't able to answer a question for a couple of hours.

yeah me too and then when you can it usually turns into 12 hours in about 15 minutes

Yeah,... sorry about that :( a Ask Minute is longer than most it seems.. the notifcation is way off it says 15 min but it could be anywhere from 15min to 24 hrs :( .. this is a known problem and they are working try to get a fix for it.
