How to do the split's if you are not flexible

well i really wanna be able to do the splits but i am not flexible... i don't know any stretches that will help me do the splits faster/

It will be very difficult to attempt to do a split if you are not flexible. Therefore, the first thing you need to do is increase your flexibility by doing some stretches before trying to do a split. You can then find step by step instructions on how to do it at http://www.wikihow.com/Do-a-Split.

A lot. If you are not flexible, dont even try

Well actually you can try even if your not flexible. I'm not close to being flexible and I'm getting there from stretching everyday. So you can try.

Look for stretches that'll help you learn your splits faster on Google. Then do it everyday.

Yes. You need to stretch everyday if you want to be a Cheerleader since your not very flexible.
