You are SO LUCKY in America to legally be able to buy Melatonin as a sleeping aid. As night approaches, the concentrations of Melatonin in the body naturally increase up to 10 times more than during the day. This causes the feeling of sleepiness, which is why Melatonin is often recommended as a sleep enhancer. Your inability to sleep suggests you may well benefit immensely from taking Melatonin supplements – ask for guidance at a drug store or Pharmacy. It is also useful for seasonal sensitivities, and to strengthen heart, vision and immunity health. I have to use things like herbs (Passion-flower, mainly) which helps calm the nerves as well - but NEVER play with sleeping pills! They only make the problem worse and you can so easily get dependent on them....
