What can 30 minutes of treadmill do for you when you do it every other day?

I go at a speed of 30-31, and sometimes I switch to 50 so I can run. how much wait can I loose in a couple of months if I stick to this routine? I need tips.

you would probably need a lot of math calculations to figure all that out but i do know no body can tell you that if you dont give your weight. do you run at an incline? straight 30 or 50.. i run at 60 and by 30 min burn 200- 300 calories. do you do weights to? cuss that also affects the amount of fat you burn. i cant say how much you will lose but its better than most people an running and bicycling are the two best workouts for you so you will be burning a lot an the more you improve the more you burn that's my favorite part personally good luck.

Depends on what you are eating too. If you eat foods that are not processed and not drink any sodas you could probably expect to lose about 5 lbs a month.
