How can I stop feeling sick?

I advise NO treatments until you know what is wrong. Personally I would pop in to see your local Homeopath, who will sort out EXACTLY what you need to ease your illness. Nux vomica is a common prescription for nausea and grumpy mood. In the meantime, you can try sucking or nibbling on crystallized Ginger (magnificent for crook guts) and my favourite is a teaspoon of Angostura Bitters in a little water. Drink quickly and that will stimulate your digestive juices amazingly well. If you DO vomit - that is usually the best way to end the misery.

Uhhh - WHICH pills or medicine? And how do you know what is wrong before you start?

There is a lot of medicines or pills for the cold. Like for example Robitussin. Always works for me. I didn't think I needed to be SO specific.

Surprisingly, that is a genuine answer -- a dangerous one, admittedly, but Tabaccum (tobacco extract) is the main remedy used for sea-sickness and car-sickness. Those that smoke seem to be immune to motion sickness!
