yes .. its the worst to eat at night

depending how much you've eaten during the day.

Yes... Its different if you eat during the day, lunch etc . You are awake and working off the calories... You may not be walking or anything, but your awake which uses energy... but when you eat late, all those calories just stay there while you sleep... although it does take energy to sleep... so now that ive bored you with all this scientific stuff, haha.. the answer is yes.. hope i heled

Since your body isn't moving and burning calories, the sugars get stores as fat in your body. Its best to try and not eat too late. But if your really hungry try drinking some milk or water.

It has been proven that it only maters how much u eat total in a day. I saw it on dr oz. however, it is an EXTREMELY bad habit to start eating in the night because that is exactly what it becomes.. quickly. Your body will get used to eating in the night & will want to regardless of how much you've eaten during the day. You can end up gaining weight quickly like that. I had this problem briefly but swore it off & it helps.
