I have read TONS of answers without a reference to Mr Norris. Chuck Norris is an action hero of movies and television. He is also a former martial artist with amazing skill.
BTW.... this is the very first reference I have personally made of him. So not every answer has his name on it.

Chuck Norris = Very strong dude who plays in action movies and kills all the bad guys. Well, just like memes, this Chuck Norris fashion has become popular on the internet. It's used in a sarcastic way, making fun of the fact that Chuck Norris is portrayed to be able to win anything and anyone.

check out steven seegal jeanne claude vandamme or the ufc those are the true martial artists in my opinion

Chuck Norris is prior military and martial artist. Was once a big time action star.
