Some medicine for a head cold and sinus infection include drinking plenty of fluids, which helps thinning out mucus. When affected by sinus, breathing may become difficult due to blocked airways. Steam is very effective to break up the mucus for easy breathing. You can also take pain relievers to reduce fever and headache, which is common when one has sinus infection. the steam & fluids is an excellent choice. Apple & pineapple juice, & tons of ( distilled) water. if u use mouthwash, stop. ur killing bacteria that kills fungus. which will create a breathing problem eventually. to fix that get acidophilus w/ or w/o other "good" bacteria; but not from yogurt. go to the health food store & get pills. stay away from dairy, caffeine, & booze( which does the same as mouthwash). any antiseptic or antibiotic will kill the bacteria that will save u. while ur @ the health food store check out the homeopathic stuff. belladonna is good for a sinus cold, but depending on the color of mucus there's other stuff. marijuana LEAF tea will get rid of a headache in 2mins. SEED( mash em up) tea will take care of a cough( smoothest, softest oil on the planet). if u smoke it, stop. its probably why ur sick to start with. if ur in California get a laced cookie & go to sleep( the most important cure of all) & quit overworking ur mind & body. get off the computer!!!!!!!
