*My friend wanted me to ask this question*: If she is 5'7, and weighs 145 lbs, is that healthy at (almost) 13?
My friend is younger than me, (she's 12), and she is REALLY tall at 5'7 for her age, and she weighs 145 lbs but looks slender, and she can wear a bikini. She eats really healthy and she loves to swim all the time like me. She also enjoys track and field, and runs long distances almost every day. I told her not to worry about it, but she is self-conscious sometimes about her body. Any suggestions would be helpful to her :)
