They sell cats milk at walmart. Get that and some bottles. Keep them in a box with blankets. You'll need to feed them at least 6-8 times a day. Google how often you should feed them at that age. I would say every 3 hours at the longest. Meaning feed them within that time. Google for my accurate advice. But bottles and milk can be bought at walmart in the pet aisle. Cheapest place to buy them too.
When kittens are rejected by their mother, you can feed them with KMR, which is a weaning formula powder for kittens. This formula is available in most pet food stores. You can use a dropper to feed them. Check out http://www.fabcats.org/owners/kittens/handrearing.html.
You will also have to take care of the other end too. Using a warm damp paper towel gently rub the kittens privates until they eliminate. This will need to be done for every kitten after every meal until they are old enough to use a litter box.
Ok so the mother rejected them because someone touched them before they were 1 month old so the mother didn't recognize the smell of them so you should take them to a shelter and they will give them a foster mom because it is the safest and healthiest way to keep them alive please listen to me I fostered kittens since I was 6
