I can't sleep... (See details)

I took Melitonin about 20 minutes ago, and I already tried playing Greensleeves on my recorder! What should I do??

I sleep with the tv on and the ac on

Omg I have terrible sleep insomnia. what I do is I turn a fan or white noise on. I put a glass of water next to me so I don't feel thirsty. I get confterable and think of happy thoughts.

I can't stop tinking about the TINY spider I found on my night gown earlier and since I have a bunk bed, we can't fit in a ceiling fan. Whta's a "white noise"?

The sound that a fan makes is white noise. Any type of fan will work for white noise. They are many other types of white noise. Tv on and turned down low but all the way
