Hell yeah . The point of lottery is for government to earn profit. it's like half if you collect in full. I h8 it but it's a way for the government to be corrupt

You pay taxes on your paycheck so you have to pay tax on any type of lottery winnings.

Because the government is mean and dumb. This is a nice country we live in but the government sucks and the people that control it suck even more.
