If they said NO then they probably meant NO. What you can do however is grow up and move out into your own place when you become of age then go to a local animal shelter and adopt your favorite puppy at that time. At that time, you will be your own boss and make your own rules.

it took me like freaken 3 years.. i told them i would take care of it so good.. i even payed for the adoption i earned money.... i woek for the maintance of the puppy i got.. i trained her.. wow it can be hard but at least u will have a lovely companion.. my dad didnt want it.. but when he walked in our home.. he now lovesss the puppy...hope u get one... and it depends how old u are too..
While I was sitting in vet's office today, because my dog cracked her toenail, I notices a poster. It stated the average cost for a dog the first year in nearly $2000. That includes, the vet, food , toys, bowls, leashes, treats, bed, etc. That is if you have a dog that doesn't break it's nail. BTW today's bill for pain meds, and an antibiotic, $130. There is another $350 bill on Monday. They have to sedate her and cut her nail above the crack. She also has a bump on her elbow that is being removed and sent out to be checked for cancer. There is a lot more to responsible dog ownership than feeding and walking your dog.
