Is this a healthy weight for my little sister?

She is 12 and a half and she weighs 104 (she's 5'3") is that normal? she's really athletic and muscular.

The number that she weighs (104) is not important. It is her appearance and how she feels that is important.
WAY too many people care more about what they weigh then what they look like or how they feel.

I'm not sure I'm 15 and weigh 90 she probably still has not lost her baby fat yet

Sounds like 90 lbs at age 15 is underweight. I guess depends on your height

unless she doesnt do anything, she is near perfect, if she exercises a lot she is at a good weight. http://pediatrics.about.com/cs/obesity/l/bl_amifat_quiz.htm

since she is slightly above perfect, im guessing she is in good shape.
