How can I fall asleep less than 10 minutes?

I start school 2morrow.and I dont want to be tired cuz I ride the bus and I have to wake up at 5:00am..please dont say"TURN OFF YOUR PHONE!"lol

Only way I can fall asleep that fast is to turn my tv on and lay on my tummy. I'm always out in under 15 minutes

You are SO LUCKY in America to legally be able to buy Melatonin as a sleeping aid. As night approaches, the concentrations of Melatonin in the body naturally increase up to 10 times more than during the day.
