Does Sensa "the SPRINKLE DIET" really work?

i know a lot of people have a problem with the fact that sensa does not encourage a healthy diet and exercise, but i work out regularly and eat well for the most part, i just want to speed up the weight loss a bit. i figured i would only use it for a few months because its expensive. i also heard sometimes it takes about 3 months to start seeing results. i just want to know if it is worth the money. because its about $60 a month and i only would like to use it for about 2 or 3 months.

Sensa works and it is effective because it is made to make you feel full faster. It is sprinkled on the food and designed to work with the sense of smell for you to eat less. This will help cut down your calories even without exercises.
