Degree is really good but if your trying to stop the wet marks on the arm pits of your shirt you might need a perscription deodorant. If you have sweaty palms or clammy hands and sweat constantly even in the dead of winter you could have Hyperhydrosis?read into it. Goodluck

Make sure whatever you buy says both antiperspirant AND deodorant on it.
