Cialis can slightly lower your blood pressure. This isn't a problem for most men, but its effect on blood pressure is more pronounced if it's taken with a nitrate drug. This can be fatal. Never take Cialis when you are taking nitrates. See www.bpas.org/bpasman/cialis for more details.
