The McDonalds use 100% pure beef. There meat is always checked and certified by the USDA. There have been rumors that McDonalds use cow eyeballs and earthworms as part of ingredient in their meat but this is pure malice. Check out http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/McDonald's_urban_legends.
