What is happening?

i created an new profile because the thing that tells you when you get a comment/answer wasnt working, it was working just fine till now!!!!!!!! please good advice.

Hi Gimme. I too have been noticing a lot of glitches happening since the recent update. I've even tried uninstalling and then reinstalling the app with no results.
Try uninstalling and then reinstalling the app. If that doesn't work then the next thing to do is notify Customer Service. It's only when these problems are reported that they can be addressed and hopefully corrected. If customer service doesn't have the answer they will send the problem to their technical department for overview. I've reported the issues that I have come across as well. Here is the link to customer service. They are really good about getting back to you once you've emailed them. Good luck

I just sent an email off myself a few minutes ago. Just tap onto the link and fill in the required info. Very easy. Eric is the person who usually responds to these emails. So if you want to, you can always begin with: Hi Eric, I have a problem that I need help with. He is really great. Good luck.

Hi Gimme......sorry it took me so long to get back to you I was gone all day.
Why did you send three emails?
You will receive an email, probably from Eric, to the email address that you enclosed in your question to Cust Svc. It may take anywhere from 1 to 2 days for a reply. You will receive a reply at that email address with their reply and your question included.
I received my reply today, so hopefully you should get one by tomorrow.
You need to be sure that you hit the "submit" button at the end. I'm on an iPhone4, and when I scroll down to the bottom of the screen I will see the word submit, then I tap that. Don't know if you're on a computer or a smart phone.
Once you hit the submit button you should see a reference number and the words "submitted" or successfully submitted I believe.
It doesn't usually take more than 1 to 2 days for a reply back.
Customer service operates from Monday through Friday.
If you don't get a reply, check your spam box.
Eric is really great and will try to help in any way. :)

I use Firefox as a browser and it works for that aspect

i have fire fox, but i use internet exploer 9, it dosen't make a difference i which one i use.

no - you didnt -- everytime they change the format it is a mess and they have bugs to work out
