Is getting a divorce a long process if kids are involved? How much does it cost to do it?

My divorce took almost a year. It was/is still expensive. My lawyers fee was $3500 up front. If you have children the lawyer will charge more because the divorce will be contested. Good luck with everything!

Around a year. Depends how fast both parties can come to agreement. Child costody is kinda long. Good luck.
