Is it okay if I skip lunch?
I am 15 and overweight. I'm a guy and I wake up in the morning and usually eat a couple of eggs, it's typically a good sized breakfast. I then go to school and I'm hungry but just can't eat lunch. is it bad if I go without lunch? I'd like to lose weight and I've noticed a little difference but is there a better way to go about this, or is it bad to skip lunch in fear of messing up your metabolism?
