What seasons do scientists believe will engulf the earth have even coined a term for it ?

The scientist have not mentioned the seasons when the sun will engulf the earth. However, it will be the time when the sun will enter the red giant stage of its life and it is believed to be 7.6 billion years. The sun will slowly expand and brighten, making the earth inhospitable.
