why have i been trouble sleeping?

i havent gotten sleep these past few weeks iDont know why? im only 13 so iThink its wierd for me to have these problems? does it have to do with stress beause iHave been stressed out alot. im not able to sleep like until 4am && then sometimes wake up in the middlebod the night

I would say that stress probably is a contributing factor. I find myself waking up in the middle of the night, and my mind races with all the things I have going on or am worried about in the future. A few things you could try are drinking a small glass of milk (if your parents are okay with that), reading a book, or praying to God. Those things help me. What doesn't help so much is getting onto the computer because a lot of time can go by and I won't notice because my brain is actively doing something. If I do go the the computer (like tonight) I try to limit it and do one or two of the other things. Otherwise I'll be here for two hours and then be exhausted in the morning. Hope you can get some sleep soon.

Stress anxiety chemical imbalance. Any or all of the above could cause you to not sleep. the best thing to do when you can't sleep is to get out of bed and so something. my obgyn told me when I was pregnant with my son that if I was unable to sleep to get up and out of bed because tossing and turning in bed will only make you even more restless.

Just concentrate on something calm and only that think slow i was diagnosed with ADD (attention deficit disorder) so my mind races extremely fast and it's hard to concentrate in class and especially when I'm stressed so slow down and think of a happy place it helps me

You are most likley to be stressed out. Are you nervouse about anything? School? Just try to relax.
