How old is average age for getting your period?

i got mine not too long after i turned 10, LOL. i think i am not in the "average" age range, but i believe you usually get it anywhere between 12 and 16. it will vary differently from girl to girl, but i wouldnt worry if you havent gotten it just yet. if you're under 18, definitely ask a parent to go to the doctor with you and discuss with this more in detail with them. hope that helps.

Think it's 11 or 12 average. But you can go up to 16 years.

for early bloomers: 10. most people get theirs between11-15. late bloomers:16 :) hope this helps!

hi hun, I was 13. I know everybody is different. your body is unique , like nobody else's. everyone has their own make-up. average age is between 11-13. hope this helps u.

I think the average age is 12. But u can it as late as 16 and as early as 9. I got mine at 12. Hope this helped! :)

12-14 but ages people get it are from 7-18 do it is widely varied

It kind of has to do with genes, so whenever your mom got hers, yours will be around there. I got mine a little before turning 12.

I got mine at 13. But you should ask your mom, because most likely it'll be close to the same age! And if you're 16 and haven't have your period, talk to your doctor.

Average age is about 12-14. But some girls start as soon as 5th grade (10-11yrs old) and some start as late as softmore/junior year. (16yrs old)
