Advice on resisting food?
I'm not starving myself I just eat too much, and can't stop
u should eat lke 4 healthy meals a day so if ur eating more than that whn ur hungry just remind yourself to only eat if ur actually Hungry not whn ur bored orr have nothing to do, that usually helps me
Chew some gum. It gives your mouth something to do.
eat cereal for breakfast and eat about 4 to five MEDIUM SNACKS (Like Crackers or dry cheerios, Raw veggies) up to dinner then eat a small dinner and see if that helps...!
