In most states an FID card is required anyway. The person/people to contact would be the police department or the sporting goods stores nearest to your home. Be careful and remember: guns don't kill people, people kill people.
AND animals have hearts and feelings and love to give too!!!

The Ruger Mini-14 Tactical is not legal in Connecticut. You may have to get a permit for you to own the riffle. I suggest that you contact any legal department concerning owning this piece.

Ask at the gun shop. Are you gonba put a scope on it? Mini 14's aren't really all that accurate, unless you get the mini 14 target.

That's a much better choice. I hope you see this cause you need to know how to tell one that might not be accurate and one that might be more accurate. Hold the pistol grip firmly and try to move the upper. If its sloppy its accuracy will suffer. You want the lower and the upper to be really tight, like it's one piece. It can't have good accuracy if the upper wiggles when it's fired.

A flat top AR is hopefully my future coyote rifle.
