Well try disconnecting if it doesn't work well turn of your iPhone and turn it on or hard reboot hold home and power for 10 seconds and release both if should turn on again

What do you mean disconnecting? I shut my phone off for about a minute and it is doing the same. I usually leave this stuff up to my husband but he's in bed. I have 16 apps needing updated. Ahhhh!

To update go on the app store then on the right bottom corner press and update all on the top right corner press it.. It will ask you your apple ID (Account) but info in and should be updating;)

For you to connect tour iPhone with iTunes you must have internet credit card. Then, open your previous iTunes program. Next, plug the dock connector into the iPhone using USB cable and insert the other end of the cable to your USB port on computer, and give it time to connect. Read these steps on http://www.ehow.com/how_5645517_connect-iphone-itunes.html.
