Can Labor and Industries stop my workers comp because of my immigrant status?

I got injured at work 6 years ago, and now they are triying to close my claim

Are you illegal? If so, then it's about dang time. And if not, fight it.

Workers compensation can become a very sticky affair when you aren't a legal immigrant. If you aren't a legal immigrant, then technically, you aren't under the laws covering all legal immigrants and citizens, but you are also not entitled to the rights and privileges they enjoy. Talk to an attorney about this for professional advice.
