How can one get longer sleep naturally?
I feel tired esp. on my knees,.. this has been a problem for long but I didn't want to start using any medication so I'm looking for something natural that can help me sleep longer. I used to get 9 to 11 hrs of sleep before but after being addicted both to alcohol and computers for a certain period of time which usually asked for lesser sleep (3 - 4), I seem not to be able to get to sleep faster even if I go to bed earlier. It also has been hard for me to think clearer without getting enough sleep. Now, I don't drink any alcohol and I spend less time using computers or any other devices with lot of glare.. But I really need to get my sleeping hours back!.. so if anyone understood my situation pleeeeaaasseee help ,.. thnx!
