People living in the savannah or grasslands typically keep livestock, which they rely on for food. They also plant food crops in valleys and river banks, in addition to hunting. A Savannah also tend to be full of edible roots and fruits, which supplement the people's diet.

Usually the animals that live in grasslands ie sheep,cows,goats,ox,yaks are some examples of animals that live on grasslands.
