Please read details!

Recently I have been very concerned about my weight. All my weight goes to my stomach. I have slim legs and arms. I run about 5-10 miles everyday. How do I get rid of stomach fat?? I'm 5'6 and weight 105 am I over weight?

i dont think so im about the same hight and 120 and im not obsess yet so your fine

no 105 is good over weight is like 150 or 180 and up. 105 is is not overweight

no your not over weight at 5'6 it should be like 120 tops for a girl so ur good. do alot of ab work outs they will help , like crunches

You are perfectly fine! Don't lose too much. You want some meat on your bones. Start doing crunches 25 a day. Add 10 each new week. Your young. This should work. P.S. Remember though curves are defiantly in !!!!

You are not over weight. If anything at 5'6" you could be a little underweight. And a tiny little bit of a belly fat is good. If you get sick and can't eat it is what your body will need to keep your strength up. Otherwise it starts to eat at your muscles and it will take longer to recover.

You are not overweight at all. The way to burn fat is anything that makes you sweat

Yeah running! But im pretty sure there aint any fat in you if you do run alot and sweat. Maybe you need to tone those muscles by working them out. Like crunches. Do them correctly tho

105 Kgs .......... ? that's tooo .... you would not be standing at 105 Kgs .... Consult a doctor ...

or is it 105 pounds ... ? and if it is 105 pounds, you are not overweight at all. According to your height and physical activity, your weight is fine, ( i should say less ) it should be around 60 Kgs ( or 132 pounds )

Considering you are burning so many calories, I can't see why you would be gaining weight anywhere? Check your calorie intake because if you are eating a lot of unhealthy food you can't burn it off. Also, you might want to consider adding light weights to your routine. Cut back on the cake!

I lift weights all the time! and this week i've been startin to lay back on sweets. not tht i eat all of them all the time

Just try to eat a balanced meal three times per day. Just give yourself a treat occasionally.

actually your under weight for your height but push ups will slender the stomach plus it'll lift your breast
