It is if you do it on purpose. Otherwise, it just happens naturally which makes it okay.

Burping out loud is wrong, but saying excuse me is polite. Just don't burp out loud and you won't ever have to worry about this issue again. Easy as that my friend.

if you accidentally burp you should say excuse me. if you do it on purpose there is no excuse for your rude and vulgar behaivor. i would suggest growing up.
