If you throw up after you take the medicine, the chances are that, the medicine has come out. However, taking it again could lead to an over dose.You should go back to the doctor and tell him that you are throwing up so that he can give you another medicine to stop you from throwing up.

Your question is rather vague. Why are you throwing up in the first place? You need to call your doctor. The Internet is not the place to get important medical advice.
