I have suffered from them for years, spent so much on doctors a specialist finally helped me, put your hands over your mouth and breathe in and out for 5 minutes this will lower the oxygen in your blood stream and them apply a cold pack to the back of your neck at the base of your skull this will slow the blood pulse to your head and get in the dark asap!!! Or have someone take their thumb an push as hard as they can between ur eyebrows an the top of ur nose...much easier if ur lying down. Hold it for a minute or so. I used to do this to my BF when she got migraines. It really works!
