My phone wont receive or send texts and calls? Help!

So, I woke up this morning and my phone was dead. I plugged it into my charger and it turned on and began charging. For some reason, I didn't have any unread texts from after I fell asleep, which I found odd. So, I tried sending out a goodmorning text to my boyfriend and it wouldn't send. I kept trying to send messages to him and my other friends, it wouldn't let me. Then, I decided to call my mom and let her know what was going on. It wouldn't let me call! I don't know what to do. I have cross country in 2 hours and have no way of getting a hold of my mom so that I can get a ride and it is mandatory practice!! We do not have a home phone! Also, I have tried removing the battery from my phone and *228 and those both didnt work! I can't even call CS cause my phone wont call/text! Help!!

Your phone might be experiencing a network connection problem due to a fault in its applications. Since you have no other means of communication in your house, you can visit your neighbor or friends place and request to use their phone. Notify your service provider about the problems you are experiencing to get assisted in rectifying it.

Get online with your service provider. Most have a customer service chat option. They should be able to help you.
