" FOB Los Angeles" when listed on a quote for goods, ,what is that actual stating:?

FOB means 'Freight On Board'. It means that the seller is only responsible for the goods up to the point they are delivered to the ship's rail. FOB = Freight On Board ... usually where the shipment originates

Shipping is free to Los Angeles. From that point, the customer must pay to move goods to their destination.
