To go pumpkins, you are required to make a lot of preparations. First prepare the soil of where you intend to plant them and ensure that the soil PH ranges between 6.5 and 6.8. Give the soil enough water and ensure that the soil maintains the appropriate amount of water. from seedling? plant like you do squash and as the pumpkins grow you may want to rotate them slightly so they are not unsightly on one side, so they grow evenly, etc. keep watered, watch the fun!

Thank you very much. I love the way the vines grow so I wanted to add them to my garden

I've seen on Pinterest where people grow them vertically, using little hammock like beds to hold the pumpkins...I guess you would do this so they don't take over the yard or if you have limited space. Sounds like fun. Can't wait to get my own house again (apartment life sucks, except I don't have to mow).

That sounds hilarious... I think I will stick to ground level. Yes apartments are not the best. But we all have to live where we can

pumpkins r the easiest 2 grow. i did it w/out even trying. plant the seeds in the ground & water it. i did nothing else and they took over half my back yard & got well over 15 pumpkins..lol. make sure you got alot of room..the vines spread fast.
