what exercises other than sit uos and push ups get rid of belly fat?
Someone told me about this. You lie down on your back and suck in, then suck out. You do this like 30 times a day or something. Not sure if it works, good luck! =)
Running or doing three count burpies will take the stomach off, situps only tighten existing muscles.
Cardio is best along with leg lifts and maybe planks.
